Full-time Cook (Caguas)

About the role

The Cook position at Precedente Group is a full-time, on-site role located in Caguas. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items following established recipes, ensuring consistent quality, taste and presentation while supporting a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, conduct food prep and follow standardized recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, maintain clean and sanitized workstations.
• Coordinate meal timing with the kitchen team and manage inventory to minimise waste.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations throughout service.
• Support smooth service during peak hours and assist teammates as needed.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in food preparation, cooking techniques and plating.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and proper storage, labeling and handling of ingredients.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights and work in varying kitchen conditions.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to a respectful, inclusive workplace.
