Full Stack Engineer (Mid‑Senior) – Hybrid in Lisbon

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our hybrid team in Restelo, Lisbon. You will work on diverse client projects, building modern web applications using React.js and Node.js while collaborating in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack solutions based on micro‑services architecture.
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless backend integration.
• Write clean, testable code and perform code reviews.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance.
• Share knowledge through workshops, mentoring, and documentation.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of micro‑services and API design.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Proven ability to train and mentor junior developers.
