Full Stack Developer – AI Lab

About the role

Join the Roland Berger AI Lab as a Full Stack Developer. You will create reliable, secure full‑stack systems that power agentic and LLM‑enabled applications, working from proof‑of‑concept to large‑scale deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs, core domain logic and integrations.
• Develop front‑end interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring excellent UX and performance.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable architectures with logging, monitoring, tracing and reliability best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps, architects and GenAI engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers and Azure cloud deployments.
• Support evaluation and fine‑tuning workflows for LLM and agent runtimes.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of production‑level full‑stack development.
• Strong software‑engineering fundamentals and ability to work in English.
• Team‑oriented mindset with entrepreneurial attitude.
