Fulfilment Excellence Manager

About the role

As a Fulfilment Excellence Manager you will lead operational excellence initiatives across our European fulfilment network. You will drive process improvement, standardisation and automation projects from discovery through implementation, working closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and automation projects across warehousing, delivery, returns and order management.
• Map and analyse existing fulfilment processes, identify inefficiencies and create business cases for harmonisation across markets.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring clear scope, stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Develop SOPs, process documentation and visual process maps to support consistency.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive change adoption.
• Support technical teams by translating operational workflows into solution designs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Management, Continuous Improvement or Project Management.
• Proven ability to manage several initiatives at once and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with people from varied backgrounds.
