Frontend Developer – React (3+ years experience)

About the role

VASS is looking for a Frontend Developer with at least three years of experience in digital environments. You will join a high‑performing team that builds modern web applications using React, following strict quality standards and design system guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React applications, implementing UI components and features.
• Write clean, testable code and ensure alignment with design and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including senior developers, designers, and product owners.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentorship sessions to continuously improve skills.
• Stay up‑to‑date with modern frontend technologies and state‑management solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience building web applications.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude with a passion for learning new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
