Front Desk Receptionist – 32 hrs/week

About the role
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic hospitality team, working 32 hours per week. You will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay while supporting daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues and follow up on pending work orders.
- Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when required.
- Manage stock orders, lost-and-found items, invoices, purchases and laundry/amenities logistics.
- Assist guests with check-in, provide city information and handle any enquiries.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
