French‑Speaking Software Engineer (Hybrid, Portugal)

About the role

Amaris Consulting is looking for a French‑speaking Software Engineer to join a key client project in Portugal. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while collaborating with a multicultural team of engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality software applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in Java, Python or C#.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software components.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
