Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from healthcare professionals in French.
• Make proactive outbound calls to guide users through the software.
• Deliver remote training on platform features and best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C2) and strong written English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Previous experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service environment is preferred.
• Interest or basic knowledge of electric‑vehicle charging and sustainable energy solutions.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
