French‑speaking Customer Service Representative – Braga

About the role

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Braga as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with existing credit products and new financing projects while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone regarding credit and financing solutions.
• Analyse needs, personalize interactions, and propose suitable financing options.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships within a relational‑excellence framework.
• Identify commercial opportunities during each interaction.
• Manage customer files in compliance with internal procedures, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (written and spoken).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Previous experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service environment is preferred.
• Interest or basic knowledge of electric‑vehicle charging and sustainable energy solutions.
