French‑Speaking Customer Service Agent – Airline Support

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Agent supporting an airline brand. Based in Lisbon, you will help customers with reservations, claims and service inquiries while ensuring high quality, efficiency and a memorable journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bookings – create, modify or cancel reservations using airline systems.
• Assist customers via inbound/outbound calls and email, answering questions about Flight Club, VIP service and personal reduced mobility (PRM) options.
• Handle claims related to strikes, delays, cancellations and other disruptions.
• Provide real‑time, accurate information to empower customers to make informed decisions.
• Deliver service that exceeds expectations and creates positive brand experiences.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1) and English (B2) – both written and spoken.
• Ability to stay calm and solve complex situations while ensuring a solution.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, preferably in travel or tourism.
• Experience with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre is a plus.
