French Technical Support Advisor (Porto, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for fluent French speakers based in or near Porto to join a secure banking and insurance project as Technical Support Advisors. Two support tracks are available – a Level 1 general support role and a Level 2 advanced IT support role – offering a clear path for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Level 1: Assist customers with banking and insurance queries, guide them through administrative processes, and handle account requests.
• Level 2: Provide advanced technical and transactional support, troubleshoot complex issues, and use French, English and IT knowledge to resolve queries.

Required profile

• Residency in Porto or surrounding area (no relocation package).
• Fluent/native French; for Level 2, strong working English.
• Level 1: No prior experience required; IT background or additional language (e.g., German B2) is a plus.
• Level 2: Previous experience in customer support or technical roles.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and customer empathy.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and data accuracy.
