About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Junior Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Porto. In this on‑site position you will provide friendly and efficient assistance to users via phone, email or chat, ensuring a high‑quality experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in French through phone, email and chat.
Assist customers with product or service‑related questions, issues and complaints.
Deliver accurate, complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams.
Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Required profile

Fluency in French (B2 level or higher) and good English for internal communication.
On‑site availability in Porto.
EU citizenship, a valid Portuguese residence permit, or other legal authorization to work in Portugal.
Positive attitude, patience and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
