French-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join a leading outsourcing and BPO consultancy in Lisbon. The position is on‑site, full‑time and involves providing professional assistance to business customers through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver responsive support across phone, email and chat channels.
• Handle account‑related queries, including identity verification and information confirmation.
• Follow regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose effective, tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely follow‑up and resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet service targets and share best practices.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (verbal and written) and English at C1 level.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience with a customer‑centric approach.
• High attention to detail when handling customer information.
• Comfortable working rotating 24/7 shift rotations and full‑time on‑site schedules.
• Adaptable to changing procedures, technologies and customer expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with automated customer support tools and platforms (preferred).
