French-Speaking Customer Support Agent – Lisbon (Immediate Start)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international team in Lisbon. The role is full‑time, on‑site and starts immediately, offering a stable position in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in French.
• Provide accurate and timely solutions while adhering to quality standards.
• Update and maintain customer records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other support agents and departments to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B1).
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, learning‑oriented attitude.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software and web‑based communication tools.

What we offer

• Base salary of €1,100 gross per month (paid 14 times per year).
• Language bonus of €150 gross per month.
