French-speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Braga. The role involves assisting users of a mobile application with a variety of queries, primarily through inbound phone calls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support on app features, functionality and general usage.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone.
• Assist users with account creation and access‑related questions.
• Support balance management and benefit‑related queries.
• Explain available app services, features and employee benefit options.
• Deliver clear, accurate and solution‑oriented information.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to internal teams.
• Document interactions and case details in internal systems.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (written and spoken).
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer service or contact‑centre experience (advantage).
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑focused and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Good computer literacy; comfortable with mobile apps and digital tools.
• Ability to explain app features and processes clearly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage requests efficiently.
• Experience with financial, employee‑benefit, payment or digital service applications (advantage).
