French-speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon

About the role
We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading airline project in Lisbon. The position involves providing assistance to customers in French, with additional support in English or Spanish, on a rotating schedule that covers the full week.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in French.
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain service quality while working rotating shifts from 08:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday.
Required profile
- Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English or Spanish.
- Minimum 6 months of contact‑centre experience (mandatory).
- Strong communication abilities and comfort working in a fast‑paced setting.
