French-speaking Customer Service Representative – Braga

About the role

We are looking for bilingual French‑English speakers to join a fast‑growing customer support team in Braga, Portugal. The role involves handling customer inquiries across several channels and delivering high‑quality service in a dynamic, rotational shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining accurate interaction records.
• Communicate clearly in both French and English.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including Saturdays.
• Valid EU ID, residence card, or work visa with required documentation.
