About the role
We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our international team in Braga, Portugal. In this position you will support users of an innovative mobile application, handling inbound calls and helping them navigate the app’s features and services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions about app features and usage.
- Guide users through account creation, balance management, and service activation.
- Explain available services and features clearly and accurately.
- Provide professional, customer‑focused assistance to ensure a positive user experience.
Required profile
- Fluent French (C1/C2 or native level) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Comfortable handling inquiries by phone.
- Ability to understand and explain digital products and mobile app features.
- Residency in Portugal, living in or near Braga.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
