French-speaking Content Moderator & Customer Support Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Content Moderator and Customer Support Advisor to join our Trust & Safety and support team for a leading global social media and video platform. Based in Lisbon, you will help ensure a safe user experience while providing high‑quality assistance to French‑language customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide French‑language support to customers and clients, handling inquiries via chat, email or phone.
• Review user‑generated content, including sensitive or graphic material, in line with platform policies.
• Deliver a professional, high‑quality service experience that meets company standards.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team based in Lisbon to share knowledge and improve processes.

Required profile

• Fluent French (written and spoken) and good command of English.
• EU work eligibility or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
