French-Speaking B2B Travel Agent (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking B2B Travel Agent to join our fast‑growing AI‑powered travel technology company. You will provide high‑quality support to corporate and leisure clients in Portugal, handling complex itineraries across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, phone and email, delivering tailored travel solutions.
• Manage hotel, flight, rail and car bookings, including ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR updates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of suppliers, destinations and travel systems.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies, global regulations and ARC/BSP market practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions, product updates and supplier briefings.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French with strong written and spoken English (B2+).
• Proven experience in corporate and leisure travel booking within a Business Travel environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based schedule (07 AM – 07 PM, Monday‑Friday).
