French Quality Analyst - Programmatic Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented French‑speaking Quality Analyst to join our Agency Success Leads team in Lisbon. Working in a hybrid model, you will act as a product expert for programmatic advertising platforms, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards before reaching the client.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality audits on all outputs using Google’s quality framework.
• Provide clear, written and oral feedback to production associates.
• Lead refresher sessions and address knowledge gaps identified during audits.
• Escalate critical issues to supervisors and support trainers with targeted coaching.
• Collaborate with SMEs across business units to keep product knowledge current.
• Contribute expert input on DV360 training materials, SOPs, and new product launches.
• Identify improvement opportunities, suggest process enhancements, and maintain high team morale.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst or product expert.
• Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
• Hands‑on experience with DV360, CM360 and Google Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Programmatic media experience is mandatory.
