About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Porto, Portugal. The position is full‑time and based on‑site, providing support to French‑language customers through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional assistance via phone, email and chat to French‑speaking customers.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Record interactions accurately and keep customer information up to date.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth case handling.

Required profile

• Native or C2 level proficiency in French.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Valid NIF number and the ability to work onsite in Porto.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with empathy and professionalism.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
