French Customer Service Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading airline project in Lisbon. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications with passengers, providing assistance in French while also using English or Spanish as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in French.
• Assist passengers with booking changes, flight information, and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the airline’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with multilingual teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) with good English or Spanish.
• Minimum 6 months of contact‑centre experience.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rotational shift environment.

Required skills
