French Customer Service Host

About the role

DigiOutsource, part of the Super Group, is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Host to join its fast‑growing iGaming support team. You will be the first point of contact for players, delivering friendly, knowledgeable assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in French (and English when required).
• Take full ownership of queries, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
• Utilise company‑provided translation tools to support tasks from other regions.
• Enter relevant information into internal databases and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Build relationships with customers, promote cross‑selling opportunities and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Perform additional duties assigned by managers or shift supervisors.

Required profile

• Native‑level French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts.
• Minimum high school education; a degree is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management and schedule adherence.
