French Customer Advisor – E‑Health Platform (Braga)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our e‑health platform team in Braga. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping them navigate the service, answer questions and resolve issues through phone, email and live‑chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic support to French‑speaking users via phone, email and live‑chat.
• Guide customers through the e‑health platform, explaining features and assisting with account‑related queries.
• Document interactions, actions taken and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet performance KPIs related to satisfaction, response time and resolution rates.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer support or a related field (a plus).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using phone, email and live‑chat communication tools.
