FP&A Analyst – Technology

About the role

We are seeking an analytical FP&A Analyst to support the Technology function. The role partners closely with the CTO and technology leadership, providing financial insights for investments, capital expenditures, development and maintenance costs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze actual financial performance of the Technology function and support monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, planning tools and reporting solutions; perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and prior‑year results.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior technology leaders.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the CTO, delivering timely financial information, identifying cost‑optimization opportunities and supporting business cases, ROI analysis and investment appraisals.
• Collaborate with Accounting to manage the monthly close, monitor technology costs, capital expenditures and capitalization levels, and ensure SOX‑compliant controls.
• Review technology processes, recommend efficiency improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of planning, reporting and analysis capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, business control or financial analysis, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent) is an advantage.
