Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured program that develops skills for providing holistic financial advice.
• Engage in classroom discussions, goal‑setting sessions, and progress evaluations.
• Gain direct sales experience marketing individual insurance products and pass a competency test.
• Develop prospecting abilities through personal networks, community events, and social media.
• Master product knowledge, articulating features and benefits to clients.
• Oversee proposal preparation and paperwork flow to ensure smooth application and underwriting processes.

Required profile

• Obtain required insurance licenses before starting (up to two attempts for Life and Health exams).
• Pass CRD/FINRA background checks and obtain securities licensing within 24 months.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the local metro area and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation.

What we offer

• First‑year earnings ranging from $36,000 to $75,000 plus uncapped incentives.
