Financial Operations Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst who is fluent in French to support revenue recognition and improve billing quality across multiple profit centers. The role works closely with sales, finance, contracting, and systems teams to ensure accurate order‑to‑cash processing.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update sales orders, billing notifications, credit memos, and related records in CRM and SAP.
• Validate contractual terms, pricing, and billing models to ensure correct revenue allocation.
• Prepare orders for invoicing, support billing execution, and resolve standard exceptions.
• Assist with acquisition go‑lives, data setup, validation, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Act as the operational interface between Sales, Finance, Contracting, and Systems teams, updating systems during pipeline calls and operational meetings.
• Identify recurring issues, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in finance or sales administration within a large, multinational environment.
• Ability to work under tight month‑end and quarter‑end timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and data‑quality focus.
