Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will consolidate, analyze, and document financial data to support both external and internal reporting, including SEC filings such as the 10‑K, 10‑Q, and earnings releases. This hybrid position works closely with multiple business units to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Gather financial data from across the bank and incorporate it into financial statements and related disclosures.
• Prepare and file SEC reports (10‑K, 10‑Q, 11‑K) and earnings releases.
• Draft statutory financial statements for subsidiaries.
• Produce monthly variance reports and other internal analyses.
• Maintain ongoing communication with various units to ensure data completeness and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in financial reporting or analysis.
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model as defined by the employer.
