Finance Operations & Office Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Finance Operations & Office Specialist to join Powerdot’s Finance team in Lisbon. The role blends office management with finance operations support, handling employee expenses, corporate card controls, supplier data, and internal process documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, maintenance, procurement and central office budget.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team and coordinate meeting logistics, travel and internal events.
• Review and validate employee expense reports and monitor corporate credit‑card usage.
• Maintain and cleanse supplier master data, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Create and update Confluence pages for Finance processes and guidelines.
• Coordinate Finance Jira ticket flow, track SLAs and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Good analytical mindset and experience working with operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and service‑oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort with structured workflows.
