Finance Manager – Treasury & Financial Control

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Finance Manager to lead treasury compliance and financial reporting processes. You will work within a fast‑growing fintech environment, ensuring accurate month‑end close, supporting audits, and driving process improvements across the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Support investigations to resolve accounting issues across share‑based payments, derivatives, bonds, crypto, equity, and related instruments.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting.
• Prepare analysis on movements in key general‑ledger accounts.
• Deliver process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of reporting through automation and stronger controls.
• Enhance balance‑sheet and profit‑and‑loss substantiation using new group systems and tools.
• Participate in annual and interim audits.
• Advise on accounting and reporting issues.
• Contribute to the definition of consolidation, financial control processes, and procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or external audit.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, controls, and IFRS.
• Experience in financial services, preferably with an international scope.
• Analytical, structured problem‑solving approach and hands‑on attitude.
• Proven ability to deliver in fast‑growing organisations.
• Motivation and focus on delivery.
