About the role
We are strengthening our Finance team with a Controller who will report directly to the Finance Manager. The role is pivotal in supporting strategic and operational decisions through rigorous financial analysis and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Structure, monitor and report on cost‑center plans.
- Produce financial reporting and management analysis to aid decision‑making.
- Analyze monthly closings, control variances and monitor budget execution (P&L and cash flow).
- Validate costs and invoices by cost centre.
- Manage lease agreements and monitor their financial conditions.
- Drive continuous improvement of ERP and reporting tools.
- Support statutory account audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in management control.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting and cost analysis.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in retail is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems.
