Field Marketing Specialist

About the role

FairJourney Biologics is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to enhance engagement with scientific and commercial audiences. The role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of field marketing activities that boost brand visibility and generate commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute field marketing activations, including scientific conferences, exhibitions, customer events and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, booth requirements and activation activities in line with brand standards.
• Maintain the annual field marketing activation calendar and prioritize events based on commercial objectives and ROI.
• Manage memberships with scientific societies, biotechnology clusters and industry organisations across Europe and North America.
• Collaborate with Business Development to convert scientific and industry relationships into commercial opportunities.
• Support creation and upkeep of commercial marketing materials, sales‑enablement content and event collateral.
• Oversee lead capture during events and ensure accurate data sharing with Business Development.
• Gather market intelligence from conferences and customer interactions to inform commercial activities.
• Monitor and report KPIs such as qualified meetings, opportunities and pipeline generation.
• Conduct post‑event reviews, analyse performance data and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating scientific conferences, exhibitions or customer events.
• Ability to work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
