External Communications Coordinator (m/f)

About the role

The External Communications Coordinator will define, implement, and manage the external communications strategy for the organization and its ecosystem of companies. The role ensures consistent positioning, brand coherence, and alignment with strategic business objectives while collaborating closely with leadership and multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the external communications, branding, and institutional positioning strategy.
• Maintain narrative coherence and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate communications across different companies and projects, tailoring messages for distinct audiences.
• Develop and manage institutional content for online and offline channels, including social media.
• Oversee production of campaigns, brand activations, and promotional materials.
• Lead communication strategies for specific projects, especially in real estate and product marketing.
• Manage relationships with external agencies (communications, design, advertising, press).
• Define and implement public relations and media relations strategies.
• Coordinate multimedia content production to optimise digital presence (website, newsletters, videos, podcasts).
• Plan and execute events and brand activation initiatives.
• Support institutional initiatives and strategic projects with reputational impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in external communications, branding or marketing.
• Proven experience managing multiple brands, projects or business units.
• Strong experience coordinating agencies and external suppliers.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Autonomous, proactive, detail‑oriented and collaborative.
