Exhibit Designer & Architectural Designer (Bilingual)

About the role

Join a leading corporate exhibit company in Puerto Rico as an Exhibit Designer and Architectural Designer. You will create compelling trade‑show booths and exhibition spaces, translating client briefs into functional, visually striking environments while ensuring structural integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt exhibit layouts using a library of past projects, updating branding and spatial configurations.
• Create 3D models and photorealistic renders for client approval with SketchUp and a rendering engine.
• Produce complete installation documentation, including structural piece lists, graphic specs, furniture inventories, lighting, and flooring plans.
• Specify structural components for each build using the company’s proprietary modular construction system.
• Manage project data in the rental management system, verify inventory availability, log components, and generate cost sheets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Strong spatial reasoning and attention to detail.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and work through event weeks until completion.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Experience with at least one rendering engine (V‑Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar)
