Excellence & Transformation Partner

About the role

Airbus Portugal is looking for an Excellence & Transformation Partner for its GBS team in Lisbon. You will join a cross-functional team supporting the end-to-end operating model, performance and continuous improvement of the GBS across three main areas: Transition Management, GBS Operational Performance and GBS Continuous Improvement Culture and Digital Enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Transition Management: improve the GBS transition methodology, validate the Knowledge Transfer Plan with stakeholders, review the risk register and contingency plans, support ramp-up, hiring and onboarding, and monitor transition during Knowledge Transfer, Reverse Shadowing and Stabilization
• Operational Performance: define and execute KPIs, provide performance insights, liaise with stakeholders for end-to-end process efficiency and contribute to quality, compliance and deliverables
• Continuous Improvement and Digital Enablement: contribute to the continuous improvement ecosystem, engage subject matter experts, lead and support strategic GBS projects and promote digital awareness and autonomy
• Report regularly to the Management Team and other stakeholders

Required profile

• Strong project management skills
• Proven track record in process improvements and automation solutions (e.g. RPA, process analytics, low/no-code tools, AI)
• Strong analytical skills and result orientation
• Very good communication and stakeholder management, including with senior management
• Fluent English (other languages a plus); good functional knowledge in Finance, Procurement or HR is preferred
• Experience in a consulting firm or GBS is preferred
