About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Estate Manager to support a busy entrepreneur and their family in Lisbon and the surrounding area. This highly trusted, in‑person role focuses on removing administrative friction so the principal can concentrate on business, family, and health.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily logistics, errands, bookings, purchases and returns.
Coordinate appointments, suppliers, deliveries and household services.
Maintain the principal’s personal operating system, including daily priority reviews.
Protect and organise the calendar, schedule meetings and filter communications.
Draft and, when trusted, reply to emails on behalf of the principal.
Plan and execute travel arrangements, create itineraries, and handle luggage and packing support.
Travel ahead of or alongside the principal to ensure seamless arrivals.

Required profile

Proactive, discreet and service‑oriented.
Highly organised with the ability to think ahead and act independently.
Comfortable handling a wide range of personal and household tasks.
