About the role
We are looking for a full-time Sales Specialist to join our mattress retail stores in the metropolitan area of Puerto Rico. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional buying experience, matching customers with high-value products, and driving store revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable mattress solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, register operations and computer-based sales systems.
- Adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, covering weekday, weekend and overtime shifts as required.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling high-value products.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Motivated to meet and surpass sales objectives.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to providing a high-quality shopping experience.
Required skills
- Cash register operation.
- Computer systems for point-of-sale transactions.
