ERP Training Support

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Training Support professional to join our global ERP transformation team. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who want to develop expertise in training coordination, organisational change, and enterprise systems while contributing to the OneERP programme.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the ERP Global Training Lead in planning and executing training activities.
• Update and organise training materials to reflect new or changed business processes.
• Maintain training systems and handle administrative tasks such as tracking content readiness and attendance.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to gather information and help prepare training documentation.
• Coordinate training sessions, ensuring the appropriate audience receives the right training.
• Collect feedback from sessions and support basic reporting on training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Interest in ERP systems, training, and organisational change initiatives.
• Comfortable supporting administrative and coordination activities in a structured environment.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
