Equipment Supply Leader

About the role

Sidel is looking for an Equipment Supply Leader to act as a bridge between engineering, operations, suppliers, customers and project delivery teams. Based in Santa Maria da Feira, you will coordinate equipment projects from the initial Kick‑Off Meeting through Factory Acceptance Test, shipment and on‑site installation, supporting a global, agile environment focused on performance and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead equipment projects from Kick‑Off Meeting (KOM) to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and shipment follow‑up.
• Organise and drive KOM sessions, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and delivery milestones.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitor project costs, timing and execution performance.
• Secure runoff activities, internal qualifications and readiness for customer acceptance phases.
• Coordinate Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) and FAT activities with customers, maintaining strong communication.
• Follow shipment, installation and site activities in close collaboration with global teams and partners.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related technical field.
• Fluent English with strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CAD/AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of beverage line layouts, conveying systems, industrial systems and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read mechanical and assembly drawings and work confidently with engineering terminology.
• Growth mindset, resilience, teamwork orientation and willingness to travel globally for short‑term assignments.
