EPC Regional Controller

About the role

The EPC Regional Controller will support Renvolt’s transition to a standalone entity by delivering high‑quality financial reporting, analysis and control across the region. You will work closely with sales, bid, and project teams to ensure data integrity, process efficiency and compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting activities, standardising and automating financial‑controlling processes.
• Review commercial proposals, set up new contracts, and coordinate tax, cash‑flow and revenue‑recognition analyses.
• Perform forward‑looking P&L and cash‑flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business‑plan management.
• Ensure governance, internal controls and risk mitigation in partnership with Internal Control.
• Monitor headcount efficiency, labour‑rate calculations and indirect‑cost allocation.
• Validate project cost‑to‑completion, execution progress, contract margins and IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
• Analyse portfolio, backlog, pricing, costing and profitability at business, country, cluster and project levels.
• Prepare and deliver management reporting for top‑level and business‑line stakeholders.
• Support auditors, tax inquiries and internal accounting teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Controlling and FP&A.
• Background in EPC, O&M, renewable energy or infrastructure services.
• Proven track record in finance digitalisation projects.
