EPC Regional Controller

About the role

The EPC Regional Controller will lead financial planning, controlling and reporting activities for Renvolt’s regional operations. You will ensure data quality, process standardisation and automation while supporting sales, contracts and business profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Standardise and improve financial‑controlling processes, focusing on digitalisation and automation.
• Review commercial proposals and support Sales & Bid teams.
• Set up new contracts financially, including tax analysis, cash‑flow modelling, invoicing and revenue recognition (IFRS 15).
• Conduct P&L and cash‑flow forward‑looking analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business‑plan management.
• Monitor governance, internal controls and business risks in collaboration with Internal Control.
• Analyse headcount efficiency, indirect‑cost allocation and overhead treatment.
• Validate contract execution, cost‑to‑completion, margin, cash‑flow and revenue recognition.
• Produce top‑management and business‑line reporting, support group consolidation and respond to auditor/tax inquiries.
• Perform business analytics, market research and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Controlling and FP&A.
• Background in EPC, O&M, renewable energy or infrastructure services.
• Proven track record of finance digitalisation projects.
