About the role

Join a leading customer experience provider in Portugal as an English‑speaking B2B Digital Advertising Support Advisor. You will deliver real‑time chat assistance to sales teams and advertisers using a major digital advertising platform, ensuring fast, accurate and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Support B2B clients (sales and advertisers) via live chat.
• Troubleshoot platform‑related issues and provide efficient resolutions.
• Use ticketing tools to track, document and manage customer interactions.
• Escalate complex or technical cases when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of platform features and updates.
• Ensure high standards of service quality, responsiveness and accuracy.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (C1 level).
• Minimum 2.5 years experience in digital advertising or technical customer support.
• Experience handling B2B communication via chat and/or ticketing systems is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced support environment.
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to platform updates and new tools.
