English Customer Support Representative (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking English‑speaking Customer Experience Professionals to join our international team in Portugal. In this role you will deliver high‑quality support to small and medium‑sized businesses across multiple channels, helping them grow their online advertising activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide chat, email and phone support to SMB clients in the digital advertising domain.
• Assist customers with pre‑ and post‑sales inquiries, product usage and tool navigation.
• Help expand the self‑serve advertising base by guiding clients through campaign setup and optimization.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey by addressing issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Motivated, customer‑focused and solution‑oriented professional.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a positive, professional attitude.
