EMEA Planner (Supply Chain) – Medical Repair Service

About the role

As an EMEA Planner for our Medical Repair Service, you will ensure the reliable supply of spare parts and consumables to one of our repair centres within the EMEA network. You will work with standardized planning parameters in SAP and continuously optimise inventory levels to support high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan material inventories, batch sizes and minimise ageing stock while monitoring shelf‑life of consumables.
• Use SAP R/3 and SCM Consulting Solution to adjust planning parameters and guarantee part availability.
• Track and analyse supply‑chain KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and optimise demand‑ and procurement‑planning processes in close collaboration with EMEA SCM teams.
• Lead or support local and regional projects such as ERP improvements, demand‑planning methodology, inventory health, and LEAN initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed degree or equivalent education relevant to supply‑chain planning.
• Initial professional experience in supply chain, procurement or production within an international corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and motivation for continuous process improvement.
• Excellent English skills; basic German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, organise responsibilities and coordinate effectively with a team.
