Electrical Supervisor (m/f/d) – Lisbon

About the role

Vanderlande Logistics, a provider of airport logistics products and solutions, is looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor in Lisbon. The role leads and coordinates electrical installation work according to project design, quality standards and safety requirements, keeping the project manager and all stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical installation across several work fronts and coordinate installation teams with project schedules.
• Perform daily electrical tasks, interpret technical drawings, single-line diagrams, manuals and manufacturer documentation.
• Inspect, test and verify electrical equipment and protection systems, and make final adjustments before commissioning.
• Use precision measuring tools and electrical testing instruments, and give detailed technical work instructions.
• Prepare materials, tools and safety measures, ensure quality standards and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Create or contribute to installation documentation such as as-built records, and handle site issues and non-conformities.

Required profile

• High school diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics or equivalent (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical site supervision.
• Availability to travel internationally (50% or more of the time); international project experience is an asset.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of low-voltage (LV) electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and single-line diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Autodesk tools is an advantage.
• English at C2 level preferred.
