Electrical Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to lead electrical installation activities on customer sites. You will ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards while driving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employees and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).
• Monitor progress, report unforeseen situations, and document electrical issues during installation.
• Verify completion and timely submission of all required electrical testing.
• Deliver installations within budget and deadlines, highlighting risks or additional work.
• Review mechanical drawings with on‑site modifications and return them to the design team.
• Support the Site Manager and H&S Advisor to maintain a zero‑accident work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by reassessing processes and working methods.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, environmental, and safety policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industry, logistics, or construction.
• High school diploma with a professional qualification in mechanics or electromechanics.
• Formal qualification in health & safety management is a plus.
• Workplace first‑aid training and a valid driving licence.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong team management, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
