Electrical Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the on‑site execution of data‑center construction projects. You will coordinate all construction activities, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure the project progresses smoothly from material receipt to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
• Develop, allocate, and supervise internal technical resources across all project scopes.
• Manage the construction plan on site, overseeing material reception, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities to achieve operational readiness and successful commercial handover.
• Support the Project Manager and Technical Manager in decision‑making and issue resolution.
• Travel as required and remain on assignment for extended periods.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, and decision‑making skills.
• Adaptable, calm under pressure, and proactive in problem solving.
• Results‑oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to develop professionally.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level for technical communication.
