About the role

The Account Executive will manage an assigned portfolio of corporate, strategic and government clients, driving a pipeline of opportunities that align with the company's sales targets. The role focuses on understanding client needs in telecommunications services and delivering tailored proposals that showcase the value of the company’s equipment and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an assigned client portfolio, ensuring a healthy sales funnel.
• Identify, analyze and evaluate client requirements for telecom services and recommend appropriate equipment and solutions.
• Prepare and present sales or lease proposals, emphasizing functionality, capacity, flexibility, cost‑effectiveness and service quality.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Provide high‑level service and support to internal stakeholders for equipment and service needs.
• Achieve defined sales objectives and contribute to the company’s leadership in the Puerto Rican telecom market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Management, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Engineering or Information Systems) or equivalent experience in telecom/IT sales.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a corporate client portfolio in telecom, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation and meeting sales targets.
• Alternatively, 1 year of experience supporting account teams in data collection, verification and coordination for large‑business telecom sales.
• If the above is not met, 2 years of sales experience in telecom, IT, banking or insurance will be considered.
