Educational Facilitator – $100k/year

About the role

Alpha School is seeking an Educational Facilitator to guide K‑8 students through a unique 2‑Hour Learning model. You will motivate learners, interpret adaptive‑learning analytics, and run interactive life‑skills workshops that replace traditional lectures.

Key responsibilities

• Review Coachbot dashboards and app analytics to identify individual learning gaps.
• Provide one‑on‑one motivation sessions, helping students overcome specific challenges in math, reading, or other subjects.
• Design and lead hour‑long, improv‑style workshops on public speaking, concentration, collaboration, and constructive feedback.
• Oversee Test2Pass mastery assessments, ensuring students only progress after demonstrating true comprehension.
• Maintain high satisfaction scores while holding every student accountable to 100% goal completion.

Required profile

• Passion for holding high expectations and believing every child can meet them.
• Fluency in Spanish is helpful but not mandatory.
• Comfort with a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and a willingness to work on‑site in Dorado, Puerto Rico.
• Commitment to student‑centered, non‑lecture teaching methods.

Required skills

• Experience interpreting educational dashboards or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with adaptive learning applications.
• Strong facilitation skills for interactive, project‑based workshops.
